Commitment to the environment isn’t new - as the first in the industry to introduce a Department of Environmental Sustainability, we continue to strive
to be the most comprehensive resource for our distributors, architects and the design community on the ever-changing requirements for
sustainable design. At Marshfield, we work with our suppliers, customers and employees to continuously raise our environmental and safety
standards while building value.

We are proud of our achievements in sustainability. An important component of corporate social responsibility is reflected in the types of products
we manufacture and sell. As such, every one of our doors is available with at least one of these environmental attributes:
• MR4 Recycled Content
• MR5 Regional Materials
• MR6 Rapidly Renewable Materials
• MR7 Certified Wood
• EQ 4.4 Low-Emitting Materials

Additionally, commitment to sustainability means acting in a way that reduces our impact on the world around us. Although we can never fully
eliminate our footprint on the environment, we can and will strive to reduce it. We are also dedicated to maintaining Chain-of-Custody certification
to recognized third party standards from the Forest Stewardship Council™.

We have witnessed significant progress in recent years in the dedication to manufacturing and supplying increasingly sustainable products.
